Stiftung Eigentest got it right!
These are apparently standard potentiometers and do not feel noticeably stiffer to turn - but I knew this when I ordered them.
All the parameters were exactly what I wanted - 500k "Musical" logarithmic. USA finer spindle spline.
All good, but I was being uncharacteristically optimistic! Just hoping they would be stiffer.
I also ordered a pack of 3 Brake Pads as well to stiffen the feel up further.
