Really good
They are really good at what they do, they mute the drums pretty cleanly, and have a nice feedback, but, and this is a very personal but, i hate playing with mutes, they just don't hit the spot like the real sound. Honestly if your neighbours are that much of a concern, maybe invest on an electric drum kit
