I love the Shruti box for a number of reasons, but I find that the construction of this model is 'almost' right. It misses the mark by making the wood panels on the bellows too heavy. When you release the foot pedal, the soundboard collapses quickly and you need to keep pumping your foot like you really mean business. It makes it extremely difficult to play softer, more delicate notes. Shame really — almost a great product, but not quite!
