Thomann Plek Service Nut

The service of replacing the nut with a GraphTech TUSQ was supposed to enhance the standard of my new guitar. When purchasing the guitar with the additional nut replacement service using the PLEK machine, I expected the work to be done with the highest precision and without any damage. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
On the fingerboard, near the first fret, there are clear scratches that could have been avoided with proper protection of the instrument during the process. This is especially disappointing, as the price of the service was considerable given the cost of the guitar, and moreover, it does not allow for a refund.
I believe the technicians should have taken proper care to protect the fingerboard in order to avoid such defects. Unfortunately, the final result does not meet the standards that should apply to services of this kind. It is a disappointing experience, as every time I pick up the guitar I am reminded of this flaw.
