Its good for pleners or when you do alot of concerts becouse its light and portable, but you gotta be carefull becouse its not stable. Mine falled few times becouse of wind outside.

Simply a comfortable option to have the sturdy & simple fold away stand to support your handpan,while you sit either on a chair or plump cushion...the sounds you make on your instrument travels even more beautifully due to the open bottom of handpan not being muffled by your crossed legs by playing sitting on the ground, or having handpan on your lap...a worthwhile purchase,to feel the vibration of our melodies & sounds travel outwards in & about our surroundings.I feel I can flow,dance about more freely..with no fear of handpan hitting the floor!

Dieser Ständer für Handpans und Tonguedrums unterschiedlichster Größen verwendbar. Er steht stabil, wenn er richtig aufgebaut ist. (auf den Produktfotos steht er meiner Meinung nach falsch herum ;-)). Im Vergleich zum bauähnlichen Ständer von Sela ist er etwas kleiner, hat für mich aber dadurch eine bessere Spielhöhe. Das ist jedoch individuell verschieden, je nach Spielergrösse. Gut wäre deshalb eine Massangabe zur Orientierung. Das Holz ist unbehandelt und die Verarbeitung schlicht, aber schließlich kostet der Ständer auch 40 € weniger als das Sela Modell. Wem also vor allem die Funktion wichtig ist und wer auf ein edles Finish verzichten kann, der ist mit dem Thomannständer bestens bedient. Dazu gibt es einen einfachen Schutzbeutel der beim Transport Schäden und das versehentliche Aufklappen verhindert, den gibt es bei Sela nicht. Fazit: Ein solides Teil das seinen Zweck voll erfüllt.
