Simple and effective. You can tune the resistance you need for both inspiration and expiration via the ring and the cap. I can feel my breathing muscles getting tired after 25 breaths with it. I believe it will help me to build some powerful breathing muscles for my trumpet playing

Very good for breath training, i like to use it before performances, it reduses stress and relaxes and controls the breathing.
