was searching for a gong for my wife who wants to use it for meditation.
I listended to the recordings online and read the reviews. It arrived quick in the netherlands. I had the wrong adress but they fixed it before sending it.
Could do without the chinese symbols as somebody else all ready wrote.

Exactly the Tone that I wanted
I thought it would be very hard, if not impossible to buy a Gong online.
However, I was proved totally wrong because with some Gongs, you can hear the tones of the Gongs, so you can purchase the one that is right for you.
I listened to the recording & Ordered this Gong. It arrived today & I'm delighted that the tone is exactly what I was after. It is a deep tone - not tinny in any way.
My only concern was the lack of protection in the packaging, that could be improved. It was just in a cardboard box with a few bits of padding with it, but the box was damaged - luckily the Gong was affected. But considering they are expensive piece of equipment, I feel they should be better packaged with far more padding around the circumference of the Gong.
However, I was proved totally wrong because with some Gongs, you can hear the tones of the Gongs, so you can purchase the one that is right for you.

Very nice gong
It was a gift and it was very appreciated, the design and sound are very good, highly recommended.
I would advise getting a bag for it and don't forget a rubber mallet - it makes all the weird sounds ;)

Beautiful gong
I'm delighted with my gong it's everything I hoped it would be, it sounds wonderful and looks gorgeous too.
My 4 year old grandson is very keen to play it and explores the different sounds he can get out of it, its great to watch him.
This is my first gong so I needed to ask lots of questions, the staff were patient and informative even going so far as choosing the deepest sounding one for me that they had in stock.
I put my trust in them and they were brilliant I'm over the moon with it.
It was packaged well and arrived in about a week.

Just wow!!
An amazing Thomann product as always.
Sound is amazing, compared it with many other gongs from other brands with same design and size and for me it didn't really lack in any parameter in fact out performed most of them. You wont get anything better than this at this price. Go for it.
