I’m very happy with this gong. The sound is rich, deep and surprisingly complex, with a wide range of overtones that develop beautifully after each strike. Depending on the mallet and playing technique, it can produce anything from a soft, atmospheric shimmer to a powerful, immersive wash of sound.

The 95 cm size gives it excellent depth and presence, and the gong responds very well even to gentle playing. I especially like how the sound continues to evolve after the initial strike, creating a spacious and almost meditative atmosphere.

The build quality is very good, and for the price I think it offers excellent value. A wonderful instrument for soundscapes, meditation, improvisation and experimental music. Very inspiring to play. Highly recommended.
