I have been working as a VO artist for many years in the production of audiobooks, commercials and dubbing for animation and games. When the pandemic started, and it became necessary to adapt to the new professional situation - I created my own recording studio at home. Surprisingly, not many people at the time wanted to help me complete the necessary equipment.... so I took an interest in it myself. It was then that I also started to get to know my voice from the other side - that of the sound engineer.
At first, I was limited to audio interface and various VST packages. Over time, as I matured in my new role and learned to listen, I was ready to expand the studio from the technical side. To jump into a higher level of quality sound work.
Learning from experience, I stopped asking and started observing - what they have out there in those big recording studios. Don't be shocked - this very pre-amp, only in the four-channel version. But I don't need four. One is enough. And now, I'm scrambling like a hedgehog in a haberdashery.
I recommend it like I don't know what.
