An absolute unit to mine with.
Possibly premature FB for I have had this for a few weeks and not gigged yet, but I have no doubts this will please. Using a TCElec.BH250 @4 ohm with a compressor tone print, Warwick Corvette with hot-passive pups 'J' style, and flat wounds (similar sound to a Steve Harris vibe with less 'clack' and more punch), this beast of a cab makes the rest of the band say all the right things with surprise. Drums(punky), Keys, Guitars x2, Vox; this cuts through with absolute definition where the dials were flat and master is at 4 - we all hear and feel the bass enough with miles of headroom to push more. Even set quietly, the cab is rich.
It's superb. It feels like a 4x10. Had a 120 valve amp previously, but that is a different bench and can not be compared for volume/presence.
Extremely impressed by this engineering. Worth every pfennig already.

A Beast for the price!
This Cab is great Quality build and sounds MONSTEROUS for its size when paired with the Gnome amp its a tiny footprint easy to carry BEAST of a Tiny rig!

THE bass box!
Excellent sound,neutral character (though,honestly,not as transparent as an EBS 4x10" Pro Line or some Hartke 4x10"...but it might be an "apples and oranges" ,unfair comparison).Big volume and awesome sound pressure,squeezing the very last watt from your favourite amp,without loosing fine details.Great companion for a Warwick's Gnome ,Trace Elliot's Elf or alike,revealing the amp's character (if any).No rattles,boomies and other artifacts even at higher volumes.Also,excellent attack,following any playing style.
The piezo tweeter might be the only drawback - with the attenuator turned past to 10 o'clock becomes piercing and shrill by nature but,hey,you already knew what to expect from a piezo ;) . Otherwise,if moderately used,it gives fast and accurate transients.
The cab's finish is very well made,looks to be alot more mechanically resistant than the one on the TC cabs.
In short,highly recomended if you're looking for a portable,affordable and no-nosense bass box wich delivers in spades. :)
