Warwick RB Corvette Basic 6 NTS

I bought a 6 string bass looking at the reviews for the Rockbass line (this was old stock before the new version in 2025 in a good price point), but I was immediately dissapointed when I take the instrument out of the box.
But first the good things:
- It has the same bridge and nut that the German warwicks has, and also the tuners look the same and are branded with the W, which makes the bass to looks nce.
The bads:
- QA and finish was not good (if the instrument was not an offer, I would also reduce the final qualification): fret sprout (this does not come with the invisible fret technology), buzzing, bowed neck, tuners where sloppy, strings look old and the C string was thin sounding. I took at look and the pickups looks like they are not the same as in Warwick basses. The sound was ok, but nothing especial and the preamp is very bad and harsh, and the pots were scratchy, nothing compared to a normal MEC.
So, I returned it. I usually can do the setup on my own and fix fret sprout and things like that, but even for an offer price, it was pretty high for having such QA problems. Hoping the new line comes a little more carefully crafted.
