Disappointing, not good enough for the money

As a beginner solderist, I needed some help so decided to try this very expensive tool. It is OK for some connectors such as XLRs and DINs but for jacks, I find it next to useless and they don't fit the tool properly either so move around too much.
The tool itself could be heavier as the material used doesn't grip on all surfaces.
Basically, this tool promises so much but only delivers a small percentage of what it promises and given the extremely high price, I don't think it is worth it.
