It greatly absorbs the moisture, it is smooth and delicate to the instrument and it lasts for very long, it doesn't fray at all. I'm using it both with my tenor and soprano sax, it is large enough to do the job on both of them and still significant parts of it are unused.

A very good swab but its too big.
I bought it so i can dry the body of my tenor saxophone and although it does a great job the size is bigger than what i really need. Its tough to manage it and dry all the difficult spots.
I dont recomend it for a saxophone use only because of its size.
