Top tuned up to 89 and bottom to 83 (82 on the snare beds), added Backbeat Tambourine and now I can't stop playing it. Has strong attack and is really sensitive on the ghost notes.

Suchte ein hübsche, erschwingliche Allrounder-Snare und bin hiermit fündig geworden.

Das Ding ist mit seinen vielen Lagen schon ordentlich schwer, macht aber auch einen unzerstörbaren Eindruck. Hab sie zum Proben und Unterrichten zuhause, das Gewicht stört mich also nicht.

Verarbeitung ist makellos, die Teppich-Abhebung die Beste, die ich bis jetzt hatte.

Hab ein Remo-Emperor drauf und spiele sie sogar manchmal mit einem extra Schlagfell, das falschrum zwischen Ständer und Resonanzfell liegt. Ein echter Geheimtipp übrigens: die Snare ist leiser, weniger scharf und klingt nicht so tot, als wenn man sie oben zu stark dämpft.

Man kann sicher ein Vielfaches für eine Snare ausgeben, aber meine nicht ungeschulten Ohren fragen sich wofür. Vielleicht würde ich im AB-Vergleich eine Teurere bevorzugen; was man aber alleine mit Spieltechnik, Stockwahl, Fellen und Dämpf-Tricks aus der Trommel rausholen kann reicht mir!

Also, wer sie viel schleppen muss sollte sich den Kauf gut überlegen, ansonsten kann ich das Teil empfehlen.
