This 4/4 violin, made entirely without tropical woods, features a blackwood fingerboard, which is an equivalent alternative to ebony in terms of sound, appearance and feel.
The industrially hardened blackwood, obtained from plantation pinewood, helps to preserve the natural ebony resources and protect the rainforests.
