This is my third Evans E-ring buy from Thomann and definitely amongst my best purchases! I wanted to complete my set and the 12" for my rack-tom has never sounded better!
Without the E-ring I wasn't too satisfied with my tom sound and since I've placed it on, it reduced the overtones and made it sound richer & fattier!
Lots of drummers have bit of difficulties tuning their drums to the exact near-perfect sound, and wether you're a rock or funk drummer, the Evans E-ring will enhance your Sound and make tuning easier!
I'm very happy I've got the full set and would recommend it to other drummers! It's probably one of the most affordable, must-have drum accessory available on the market today and its fitting to carry a spare set to gigs/recordings!
I normally keep mine on my rack-tom for transportations and it just needs good care of not bending it but apart from that, it's all positive notes!!
