Tone improvement

I always like to think about things I can do to improve or just change the Tone of my guitars and when I got my first Floyd Rose Guitar I knew I had to try changing the Sustain Block.
So I watched a couple of Videos about the topic, deemed it worth a try and bought the Block.
As always super fast and easy ordering and delivering by Thomann.
When the Block arrived putting it in the Floyd wasn’t any difficult, if you can change Strings and do basic setups on a Floyd you can do that too!
With the first strumming it was immediately apparent that the guitar was louder acousticly and the vibration in the body was more distinct. Plugged in the Sustain definitely increased but much more obvious was the bigger Note definition and a much more apparent Mid Bump. In my opinion it was definitely an improvement and was worth every penny. For sure an upgrade I will put in every Floyd Rose in the future.

True to its name

Purchased two of these for Floyd Rose 1000-equipped guitars. They are a good fit and do seem to fatten the unplugged sound of the guitars.

I felt the need to upgrade the Floyd Rose on my Jackson Kelly — specifically, the flimsy block it came with.
Firstly, installation was effortless.
I'm fairly brand agnostic — after all, it's just a block of brass — and having this attached to the tremolo system has noticeably improved the sound, making it fuller due to the added mass. I could hear the difference acoustically.
I just wonder why this block doesn't come with the tremolo system straight from the factory.
