The foam can be sculpted by removing bar-shaped pre-cut pieces, it is quite practical. I use this in a case that is not the correct format (the case is slightly smaller) and it works well.

Die Zwischenlagen aus festem Material sind eine super Sache zum Schichten von Equipment, als Boden oder Topcover.
Die Schaumstoff-Teile mit flexiblem Innenleben (man kann einzelne Bereiche ausstechen und so um kleinere Einzelteile herumbauen, ist ebenso eine gute Idee für kleine Dinge.
Wenn man diese Schaumstoffeinlagen jedoch auf reine Seitenummantelung reduziert, verlieren sie jegliche Stabilität und bedingt durch den Umstand, dass es drei Lagen sind, und in sich zusammenfallen, eignen sie sich nicht als Ersatz für eine reine Seitenwand-Ummantelung.
Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen für Kleinteile, die komplett in Schaumstoff eingefasst werden sollen. Wenn nur ein Seitenschutz gewünscht ist, besser aus Schaumstoffmatten eigene Teile schneiden und einfassen.
