in terms of sound - beyond expectations

To be honest, I didn't expect such amazing sound. No wonder Tom Oberheim rated this instrument among many clones. The only thing I'm missing is some kind of display with all the modulations rotating at the moment, so that you can clearly see the relationship between sound changes and specific knobs. In any case, this is a great synthesizer, I hope to build a collection from gForce. It would be interesting to see your version of the Yamaha cs80.

Eine Super Oberheim OB-x - App mit sehr guter Klangqualität

Ich habe mir diese App zum " Warmwerden mit dem Oberheimklang" im Angebot als Download gekauft und kam vom ersten Tastenanschlag nicht mähr aus dem Staunen heraus ! Dieser Klang und die Eingriffsmöglichkeiten wecken meine Neugier nach mehr ! Eingebunden habe ich den OB-X in Ableton Live 11 auf einem Mac mini und einem Moto 828 ES ! Mehr Spaß geht kaum, wenn dieser anhält, wird sich irgendwann einmal ein Hardware - Oberheim dazugesellen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung !

Klingt nicht halb so gut wie sein direkter Konkurrent!

Nachdem ich nun schon mehrere Jahre das OPX Plug-in von Sonic Projects bis zur neusten Version OPX-3 benutze, war ich auf das GForce Pendant gespannt. Im direkten Vergleich kommt der OB-X von GForce leider schlecht weg - klanglich pustet der OPX diesen Oberheim-Clone dermaßen aus dem Wasser, da hilft es auch nicht das die GUI hübscher ist, oder er den Segen von Tom Oberheim hat! Noch dazu verfolgt das Plug-in mit diesen ganzen Effekten und dem Preset Schwerpunkt auf Arpeggio-Sounds einen Ansatz der so gar nicht zu dem Vintage Synth paßt, dem es Ehre erweisen soll. Komisches Produkt - ich hab die Lizenz gleich wieder verkauft - das geht bei GForce löblicherweise extrem unproblematisch!

Warscheinlich der Überheim unter den Oberheim-Klonen

Oberheim Sound satt! Ich weiß gar nicht was ich sagen soll, es klingt einfach fantastisch! Wenn schon Tom Oberheim das ganze absegnet und seinen edlen Name für diesen Klon hergibt, dann kann es ja nur gut sein. Eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
