Not perfect but good bang for the buck.
Not bad for the price especially if you consider how expensive and acoustic double bass is, or standard electric one from other companies.
Sound is kind of muddy and not that well defined so you'll have to eq it, I like to play it unplugged for practice, it feels great in hand, and gets the job done.
Downsides? First one is that the built in headphone amp out is just terrible. Signal to noise ratio is incredibly bad, it is like listening to a waterfall while trying to play an instrument. I almost never use it. Second one is that the built in stand rattles when you play. The last one is that the since the fingerboard obviously isn't mahogany, it is painted with a black paint, and fresh from the factory a lot of it will end up on your fingers and strings, so clean it before use.
All in all, it is a really good offer for the money.
