Ruined a perfectly good Maxon OD9

Back plate sized incorrectly: does not fit the aperture of the Maxon OD9 (but specifies that it does). Screws are not the correct gauge and poor quality; far too tight.. two screw heads snapped off completely, leaving the screw shaft stuck and unable to be removed.. the back of the pedal is now incapable of being re-attached properly, and all four screw posts irreversibly damaged. Lastly, the HB plate does not provide the required battery compartment separation. Wish I had never bought this and just removed the rubber boot instead. Do not buy this product if you have a Maxon OD9.

Plate good, screws not so

Positive: The plate shape, size and holes match my tube screamer TS9-DX ,

Negative: the included screws are good for the top positions but too short for the middle (by the battery compartment) holes.

Work around: Suitable screws found. I took effort as the original screw pitch is not a common one. This ones fit reasonable well my Ibanez TS9 Dx pedal. Screws No 4 2.9x16 mm Self Drilling Pozi Pan Head screws DIN 7504 MZ

Conclusion: Not the customer experience I would expect when purchasing from Thomann and their own brand.
