I put it on my Gibson SG Standard along with a Bigsby tremolo and both together look fantastic. Although it took a while I didn't have big problems working it up (fretsaw, drilling machine, deburrer and grinding paper).
However since it has only three layers it is not as rigid as the original guard of my SG. I also have to say that for some people it might not look super-high quality either but for me it's great!
Soundwise, it's difficult for me to judge impact of the pickguard since I have installed the Bigsby at the same time... definitely sounds more resonant than before - as intended.

Ich habe das Pickguard nicht als Schlagbrett verwendet sonder als Abdeckung für die Pickup und Toggle Switch Zugänge für meine Gibson Les Paul Standard. Ich wolle die Gitarre etwas von hinten aufhübschen und das hat mit dem Harley Benton Pickguard geklappt.

Verarbeitung ist top!
Materialstärke ist hervorragend geeignet für mein Vorhaben, da es sehr Stossfest ist.
Ich habe mir auch ein Produkt von einem anderen Anbieter über Thomann bestellt, von diesemwar ich nicht überzeugt.

FARBE:
Das Material sieht sehr schön aus.
Es funkelt (Glitzert nicht extrem) sehr schön wenn man es im Licht hin und her bewegt.

zat er even over in of de plaat heel zou aankomen maar werd perfect beschermd verstuurd, hulde!. heb het materiaal voor een vrij ingewikkeld patroon voor slagplaat gebruikt en met figuurzaag uit kunnen zagen, scheve kanten met normale vijl waarbij de vijl wel vrij snel vol loopt. de beschermende laag bovenop was zeer praktisch zodat ik een stuk papier met action hobby spuitlijm boven op de folie kon plakken. werken met een Dremel freesbit ging half om half goed / niet goed. moest uit de hand en misschien had ik de snelheid van de freesbit te hoog of laag. kan niet anders zeggen dat het een aanrader is en zeker niet een kitsch uitstraling heeft
