My experience
I bought it being aware of the downsides that come with the thunderbird style basses, the neck dive is bad but it's easily fixable, the overall elongated neck takes getting used to but it's worth it this bass has the best fret access I've ever came across. Other problems that are worth mentioning is the buzz caused by non conductive paint and the bridge witch is very difficult to intone and set.
I wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't have the ability to set up their own bass or and isn't buying it for the looks it's just not worth it, I wanted a sharp and "angry" look for playing on stage and it certainly does it's job there. The bass itself isn't bad it is replicating the Gibson thunderbird which is was and is very flawed
