Joyo R-26 Monomyth – Great EQ, mediocre distortion
The Joyo R-26 Monomyth is an affordable bass preamp that shines primarily as an equalizer. The EQ section works very well, making it a solid choice for shaping your bass tone.
However, comparing it to Darkglass pedals is a mistake – Darkglass units sound better, feel more intuitive, and are simply in a different league. That said, they also come with a much higher price tag.
For the money, the R-26 serves best as a bass EQ and only occasionally as an overdrive, but don’t expect it to replace high-end alternatives.

Nice, not perfect
Sliders marking is lacking. Font is too small and red letters on blue background isn't much visible, No description on the top of connectors that are built on sides and on the back.
When you swithc drive on and turn gain and blend all the way right, sound is slow, ie. attack is there and volume gets continously higher for about 0.3-0.5. Turn gain down to 3pm and it's fine.
Good for a price. I'll be using it for live situation to feed FOH and monitors.
