These were my first „ground wound” strings, and probably the last. I found that for myself they were the worst of both worlds - couldn’t get them to sound bright enough to rival round wounds, nor did they feel nearly as smooth under the fingers as flat wounds do. What is more, the strings originally had a gooey, sticky black waxy layer on top of them. It did come off after a few hours of playing, but it came off right onto my fingers and was quite difficult to clean off…

I know these strings have their fans, but they definitely aren’t my cup of tea.

Incroyable ce jeux de corde, parfait mariage entre le touché des filets ronds et le son des filets plat.

On a plus de brillant mais tout en gardant une belle rondeur.
Du coup le slap fonctionne mieux sur ces cordes et le rend plus polyvalent. On peux faire du gros fonk comme des belles lignes à la Jamerson ça fonctionne, même pour le rock au médiator c'est tout à fait honorable.

En comparaison avec les Labella white nylon (plus chère) que j'ai eu pendant quelques années, la tension est plus cohérente (plus fort).

Une légère ruggosité se fait ressentir sur les premiers jours et disparait rapidement (peut être dû au traitement utilisé sur les cordes).

Je suis de la team qui déteste avoir des cordes neuve car souvent trop brillantes. La ça sonne direct!!!!

En plus le petit tressage violet en bout de cordes et bien.... c'est beau.

En bref si vous recherchez un équilibre Filet Plat/ Filet Rond foncé vous allez kiffez!!!!!!

Gekauft für den Fretless, Griffbrett sollte mit den zünftig angeschliffenen, aber eben nicht komplett abgeschliffenen Wicklungen denke ich ausreichend geschont sein - die Auflagefläche der Windungen auf dem
Griffbrett beträgt auch so schon ein Vielfaches von normalen Roundwounds. Genau was ich gesucht habe, Beschreibung trifft voll zu. Wie lange sie halten kann ich noch nicht sagen, sind erst frisch drauf.
