item description needs to show the overall length of the strings. My Contrabass Balalaika was made in 1911 and I understand that modern instruments tend to be larger than mine. However the strings will not long enough to to secure at the head and tail pegs as they are only about 2.5m long. I need at least another 0.25m. Thankfully I have a tailpiece similar to that from the violin family so i can fit the strings. This is not a standard feature. Without it I would have to return the strings as not fit for purpose.
