Very worthwhile upgrade

I bought this set relatively blindly to swap the stock pickups on my Vintera II, as I heard really good things about Lollar and wanted a fuller, warmer, less ice-picky tone. Needless to say, all my expectations were met if not surpassed: they still very much sound like a Jazzmaster but have a fuller, warmer, richer and more present sound. The stock pickups were not bad by any means but these Lollars make them sound tin-like and thin. I highly recommend this set if you want to bring new life to your Jazzmaster.

Great pickups!

Changed the pickups in a Squier XII jazzmaster to this Lollar-set. They really approved the sound of the guitar. The original pickups were a bit muddy and unbalanced (now i'm nit-picking!) , the Lollars solved that. Can recommend this set to anyone who wants to upgrade their XII!
