Even that is a higher model named HD, it has much worse internals compared to Scarlett Solo or 2i2. It's not all about the cheap plastic but for the software too
I had tried to use this one intead of my Solo one to have two jack inputs. But I had constant dropouts of the sound that could not be fixed neither by driver update neither by changing the sample rate etc. This was NEVER the case on my Solo 3rd gen. Luckily I was able to return it back
