Lange war ich auf der Suche nach Ersatz für die nicht mehr erhältlichen WARWICK Yellow Label Rondwound Nickel Seiten.

Endlich habe ich diesen, den Klaiviersaiten ähnlichen, Ton wieder gefunden und das zu einem moderaten Preis (nur leicht höher als die seeligen Warwick Yellowlabel).
Angenehme Haptik, sehr angenehme Tonansprache, schönes rundes Fundament und sehr harmonische Brillanzen. Der Ton lässt sich sehr gut durch die Art und die Position des Anschlages der Saiten steuern (Fingerstyle). Das Sustain ist aus meiner Beurteilung hervorragend.

Kleine Kritik an dem ausgelieferten Satz, die Windungen der E-Saite waren auf der Seite der Stimmechaniken , beim Übergang von der äusseren zur inneren Wicklung nicht sauber (abstehendes Drahtende). Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass dies der Einzelfall eines übersehenen Produktionsfehlers ist.

J'ai voulu tester ces cordes en lieu et place des cordes que j'utilise habituellement, Rotosound RB45 ou Thomann 45-105. Au départ, bonnes sensation (je n'aime pas les touchers rugueux) et un très bon son, pas trop claquant et équilibré.

Problème : une durée de vie très courte. Assez vite, le son se dégrade, devient mat comme avec de vieilles flatwounds usées. Plus d'harmoniques, une impression d'atonie et de fatigue accélérée.

Pour moi, les Roto restent le choix de référence et les Thomann pour les instruments que j'utilise moins.
Le prix n'en vaut pas la chandelle.

Ho gia` utilizzato prodotti Markbass in passato, ampli e casse, apprezzandone la qualita` e mi sono detto proviamo anche queste corde!!
Il mio vecchio Warwick canta che e` una meraviglia, suono balanced, come scritto sulla confezione, forse leggermente piu` tese rispetto alle classiche daddario EXL165 che usavo di solito, sulla durata devo aspettare, ma ho fiducia. Le prendero` sicuramente ancora.

Balanced trifft es auf den Punkt

Seitdem Gregor von BassTheWorld die Markbass Saiten auf seinem Kanal hatte, sind sie wahrscheinlich kein Geheimtipp mehr. Ich würde aber trotzdem jedem empfehlen sie mal auszuprobieren.
Auf dem Preci haben sie mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen, sehr ausgeglichen, mit angenehmer Haptik.
"Balanced" beschreibt sie in jeder Hinsicht tatsächlich sehr gut meiner Meinung nach.
