These simply are one of the best aftermarket potentiometers for your Les Paul Studio/Standard/Custom - anything that has thick top or is mounted on steel plate inside electronics cavity.
The pots are designed for the guitar - they work smoothly and have right values.
Couple things to keep in mind though:
1. The knob mounting shaft is a bit longer than regular Gibson (about 2mm) and as such it may seem as if the Gibson knob would sit that much higher of the body. All you have to do is to push the knob firmly in (it seems as if it doesn't go down anymore, but believe me it does) and then it will lock in. It will never sit flush with the body though - if that is your goal then use a hacksaw to cut the pots or get different ones altogether. Keep in mind though, that the knobs do not sit flush on Standards, Studio, Customs. That is more of a custom shop feature.
2. Before installing, check the values of the pots with a multimeter. Put the higher ones in volume positions and lower in tone.
