Nice, only real complaint is about handle location and quality

I'm most happy to have finally found a bag that fits my oddball sized tuba (41.5" height and 19" bell) well. Quality seems good, although I wish the material was a bit thicker throughout. The design is unusual, but it seems to work okay. The tuba inside rests on the side where my right hand holds it while playing, not the usual left side. My only real complaint is about the location and construction of the handle. With my tuba in it the bag it is heavier on the side that has the bottom half of the tuba, so it slopes that way while carrying. I'm also afraid the Velcro on the handle strap will fail fairly quickly, and I wish the handle strap itself were thicker and firmer.

Vorig jaar april kocht ik deze gigbag. Sinds half november merkte ik dat een van de draagriemen om mijn bastuba over de schouder te dragen begon te scheuren. Ik heb eind november de gigbag ter reparatie terug gestuurd. Dat ging nog prima.

Vervolgens hoorde ik 5 weken niets. Toen was ik verrast dat ik mijn gigbag zomaar terug kreeg. Ik keek meteen of het mooi gemaakt was.
Tot mijn verbazing bleek er niets gebeurd te zijn aan de defecte draagriem.

Nu wacht ik alweer ruim een week op een antwoord.

Kortom, ik ben niet tevreden. 1. Het defect raken van de draagriem, en 2. het zeer slecht communiceren van klantenservice.
