A bit snug for an Ovation Adamas USA made guitar, so you have to use more effort to close the case. However, it’s a high quality case, much better than regular Gator case (OV-8158). Highly recommended!

I bought this case to give the very best protection possible for my Ovation guitar. The case arrived quicker than I expected in these uncertain times .
The case is just top quality. Lighter than I thought it would be but very strong and sturdy and provides the protection I expected.

Für meine teure Ovation habe ich mich für dieses Luxusmodell entschieden und es nicht bereut. Klar, es gibt billigere Cases, aber wenn die Gitarre am Ende futsch ist, weil der Koffer nicht hält, ist der Schaden wesentlich größer.

Die Verarbeitung ist top, die Scharniere sind leicht zu bedienen, die Schalen schließen bündig ab und die Innenseite hat ein hochwertiges, angenehmes Futter. Es gibt auch ein relativ geräumiges Fach im vorderen Bereich.

Das Case ist groß, aber das liegt einfach an der Bauart der Gitarre, die da rein soll. Das Gewicht ist angenehm. Mit der Gitarre im Case ist die Balance beim Tragen optimal.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Enfin l'étui pour Ovation

Après avoir essayé 2 étuis pour Ovation : le Gator GC-Deep Bowl Guitar, l'Ovation OV-8158, il a fallu que je commande l'Ovation OV-9158 qui, comme par hasard, est le seul qui convient parfaitement à mon Ovation deep bowl (et même à une mid-depth). Les deux autres n'ont visiblement pas les mêmes configurations internes ce qui fait que la guitare est légèrement compressée lorsque l'on ferme les loquets. Donc si vous ne voulez prendre aucun risque fuyez ces deux modèles. Cela étant, si vous aviez la chance que l'un de ceux étuis fonctionne pour votre guitare je vous conseille d'acheter le Gator, c'est exactement le même étui que l'Ovation OV-8158, mis à part le logo, mais il coûte 2 fois moins. Cela fait cher du logo.
Evidemment l'Ovation OV-9158, est 2 fois plus cher que l'OV-8158 et 4 fois plus que le Gator, d'où l'étoile en moins pour la moyenne. A quand des étuis moins chers aux bonnes dimensions ?
