The strings are good but not top class like Larsen, for professionals I'd recommend these as spare strings for if a string breaks at last minute before a performance as they are reasonably priced and good reliable strings, for beginners I'd recommend for learning to tune cello especially with the pegs as strings can easily break and better to break €110 than €200 but still have good strings.

Brillaint Strings for Cello at reasonable price (Safe Option for spare strings)

Twice I have bought this product, they are not as good quality as Larsen and Evah Pirazzi, but I recommend them at the same time but they're good enough for back ups, more of a safe option for strings, and for beginner's learning to tune with pegs I recommend, they're good quality strings but also reasnably priced and rather break €100 string compared to €200 - €300 worth.
Bought strings september 2021, now 2023 still have them have used them most days since still decent enough so they're long lasting too.
They also delivery very fast.
Never had problem with Thomann great service, cheaper than Gear4music please keep it up.

Amazing sound

I'm super happy with these strings. My cello sound so nice with them. It gives a really smooth sound. I love it! I recommend to everybody! :)

Bin von den Saiten super überzeugt. Gutes Ansprechverhalten, Tonbrillianz und hervorragende Qualität. Hatte dazwischen Fernostware, die dem Instrument garnicht gerecht wurde. Jetzt kommt der Ton, die Präsenz und Klangwärme wieder richtig zur Geltung! Ich sag: einmal Pirastro, immer Pirastro; Preisleistung optimal. Lg. Thomas Schuh
