If You consider this amp as Your main workhorse - I would highly recommend it. It comes with TubeLogic system which means You can purchase additional artificial tube e.g. Ultimate Blues (which I bought). It comes with nice Reverb - no need for additional pedals. The TubeLogic can change the amp extremly. Without it - its a good clean tone, crunch channel (You could play both at once clean + crunch as well) is kind of Tube Screamer which I am not a great fan off - However its really cool on clean+crunch. With Ultimate Blues capsule You got even more warm classy tones right away. Without it Cleans are cool, crunch lacks some headroom - You will need some time to set it right - but once You do... I highly recommend it for Strat and Tele sounds. Single Coils seems to thrive on it as sweet, full, round - it is a blues machine. With humbuckers... Well if You plug a good LP- You will find it amusing - I always plug it with High output insert however its my taste that SG's with some less bottom/bass gonna sound better. With Ultimate Blues capsule though... You gonna get both worlds meet up greatly. It is stae ready - I play usually on 15W attenuation which is loud, but still managable. If You look for some venues/gigs its a go-to amp for sure.
