Fantastic budget DMX node

I bought this to replace a broken DMX node in a local venue, its a fantastic little unit packed with features! One thing that Thomann don't advertise is that this node is fully sACN enabled too - as well as supporting ArtNet and Klingnet. The ability to use this as an input node or splitter is handy too! the build quality is great, better than some of the nodes that cost 4 times the price of this!

Besser verarbeitet als so manches "Markenprodukt"

Auch wenn das Showtec Net8/5 nicht ewig viel kann, den primären Job als Schnittstelle zwischen ART-Net und DMX512 erfüllt das Gerät einwandfrei und ist dabei stabiler gebaut als so manche wesentlich teurere Alternative! Besonders positiv fallen die professionell ausgeführten Ethercon- und Powercon- Anschlüsse auf!
Bei dem Preis braucht sich das Gerät definitiv nicht zu verstecken.

Hatte ich mir eigentlich mal für ONYX gekauft, als das noch easy über Artnet ein paar Universen ausspielen konnte.
Mittlerweile benutze ich es z.B. mit Resolume oder um mit MA auf der Bühne nochmal Parameter auszuspielen. (Schaltet keine Parameter frei, aber man kann die selben halt nochmal über Artnet ausspielen).

Verarbeitung und sonst alles ist in Ordnung, mir ist nie irgendwas negatives aufgefallen.
