This Chinese product is a failure. After a year of quiet use, the insulation of the power cable broke. Both 240V and 12V wires twisted together like in a Christmas tree light. Can such a reputable company not afford to produce branded power supplies, or inspect the wires used? I am forced to purchase a new one. In older sets there is no problem, the wires were certainly manufactured in the USA.
