Ecellent cable

I've been using and making my own variety of cables using Sommer for 20 years now and still use many of my originals (always with Neutrik connectors). This Highflex mic cable has excellent handling and a flexibility that's a pleasure to work with when rolling up the cables. Sound quality is tops and I use these live and in the studio.

Easy to work with and high quality feel

I love this cable and would love to have the time to make all my cables with this stuff in a range of glorious colours,

I used this to make a mixture of elbowed patch cables to allow me to keep connectors attached in my flight case for internal components such as radio mics and signal processors.

The cable has a soft rubbery feeling to it and is highly flexible. The internal wires made even my clumbsy soldering easy with no burning and copper holding solder well. I coil using the alternate facing loop method and these cables hold their shape easily. Never had a kink but thats more to do with the fact I never rush coiling :)

Great value for money.

I like the cable, though I've seen better quality ones.
I bought it because of its colour, to be able to recognize fast which source is it connected to, and that it's mine. Not once happened that in rehearshal rooms we got mixed our cables with other bands because they didn't know which one was theirs.
For sound quality they're good, not noisy. The only thing worrying me is the sturdiness. They have no problem for now, I hope it will stay that way for a long time.
