Great preamp but not my thing
This is true classic, but to me Overdrive channel to much compressed to me and the Crunch channel is pretty much useless. It has this kind of harsh distortion that has nothing to do with a proper crunch sound. On top of that, it's still overcompressed in my opinion. It's probably related to the topology of the gain stage. So if you're looking for a more versatile solution, the Friedman DLX module is definitely a better choice.
