Buy cheap - get cheap!

Sorry, I really do hate to be negative but here we go.
I bought this as a replacement for my Les Paul bridge which has it's gold plating over the years due to sweat, general use etc. making the guitar look a bit dog eared.
I understood that this is not a genuine Gibson part but was willing to give it a go for the price - even if it only looked good for a few months or so.
1 gig! Just 1 gig and the gold has gone completely from the top edge where my wrist sometimes rests (palm muting etc).
Take my advice - avoid this product if you want your guitar looking good - the finish not fit for purpose.
The mechanics and functionality are fine, but so is my original bridge.
I'm remimded of a plaque on my Boss' desk which reads
"The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten".
Nuff said.

Looks a quality part!

Bought for a restoration project - changing chrome to gold finish on a Kasuga Custom. The gold plating is nice looking and even - not had chance to see how it stands up to wear yet! Value for money seems excellent - could have done with more specs re dimensions to have 'nailed' this as compatible.
Unfortunately, it does not sit central to the anchor holes and I'm having to do a little modification but that is more down to the oddball size of the guitar than the bridge!

An den Seitenreitern hackt es.

Ja, diese Brücke ist günstig. Leider merkt man es aber auch an ihrer Qualität. Ich war schlichtweg mit der Führung der Seitenreiter nicht zufrieden. Da hakte er ein oder andere schon ein wenig. Ein Seitenreiter saß sogar ganz fest. Meine erste Brücke wurde daher ausgetauscht. Die zweite war besser, aber nicht wirklich gut. Ehrlicherweise muss man für die entsprechende Qualität, z. B. Schaller, aber halt auch das doppelte ausgeben. Ich habe bei meinen aktuellen Bauprojekten daher auch nicht mehr gespart und das doppelte bezahlt.

Para poder quintar bién una ibanez AFJ

Adquirí una Ibanez AFJ que venia con un puente de madera, que no permitía quintar cada cuerda de forma individual. Con este puente y una base Goldo HW150 resultó muy fácil poder hacerlo.
Totalmente recomendable.
