Very thin
The cable is very thin, probably not the best choice for gigs. If you plan to keep it at home and you won't step on it too much it should be fine. It doesn't create any additional noise interference.

Its good enough (until it isn't)
I bought it for testing pedals. It is good for FX loop solutions, but using it to power something that goes before overdrive can make you some trouble (however, it depends on the situation).
I found that using it on preamp boosters/od will result in loud, audible buzz. Just stick to linear power supplies for those.
As for delays, reverbs, etc, these supplies are perfectly fine.
