Then Case, Qualität wie erwartet

Das Case habe ich für mein Stairville DMX Master 3 fx gekauft.
Empfohlen war das identische Case mit 6U, aber die 5U reichen für mich vollkommen.

Wie in der Beschreibung sind ausreichend Rackschrauben vorhanden. Die Rackschienen haben eine Gummierung, hierdurch bewegen sich die Eingesetzen Muttern nur durch Fremdeinwirkung.

Das ist jedoch auch mein erster und einziger Kritikpunkt:

Die Muttern lassen sich wirklich nur schwer bewegen, was das einsetzen bei Geräten mit 4HE schwierig macht. (Ich habe die Muttern in der Schiene gelassen und "versteckt")

Bei kleineren 19" Geräten sollte das aber kein Problem sein.

Das Pult kann dank der Scharniere angewinkelt werden und bleibt nicht nur bei Vollauszug in der beliebigen Position.

Der Deckel hat einen Noppenschaumeinsatz der Caseboden ist leer.
Im Case lässt sich problemlos ein Netzteil, auch unter dem DMX Master, verstauen.

Ansonsten ist das Case sauber verarbeitet.

Un Rack pratique

Acheté pour mettre une console DMX 512, l'ensemble est robuste. Les équerres pour incliner la console sont dures (voir très dures). Pas de risque que la console se rabaisse. A voir à l'usage.
8 vis de prévues de chaque côté permet de fixer pas mal de consoles.
Pour ma part j'ai prévu un peu plus grand pour ranger quelques accessoires dessous.

Useful and Cheap

This case is perfect for shallow gear. I did my math wrong and ran into issues, so double check the size of your gear!

The hinges for the rails are a bit stiff but if you mount something sturdy, you can pull up the whole assembly.
Construction is perfect, even if the clasps have to be lined up perfectly to close easily.

Buena para mesa de luces

La uso para llevar una mesa de luces Eurolite DMX move controller pro. Es muy cómoda pues al poder inclinar la mesa ésta se puede manipular muy bien. El acabado es bueno aunque el final de los rieles dónde se atornilla la mesa es bastante agudo, no como para cortarse, pero por si acaso lo he forrado con cinta gaffer tape y arreglado. Los cierres son buenos, la tapa se quita del todo y lleva un asa de transporte. En general muy contento y la recomiendo sin dura.
