great piece
It's a great mouthpiece, huge dynamic range and colour palette but it's not a metal mouthpiece and won't have the power of one in the higher frequencies. It's a large tip opening so creates a back pressure in the throat. Long facing enables lower notes to come out easily, the top needs some pushing but it opens up with pressure. Out of all the ebonite pieces, this is the best one I've every played. Suitable for smooth jazz and soloing in general.
