Light on time - thank you Thomann

Got this for adding some fun light effects for a small to medium sized room. For this it works very well and provides us with much entertainment.

This is a great little light effect with plenty of options - I recommend for if you look for something small but it really provides some atmosphere to our rehearsal space - or a house party (one day...). Haven't used the DMX function on it (not needed) but that it includes it is very handy.

Pros - great value to cost ratio - responsive to sound (great for loud music or bands), plenty of options - visually very fun and appealing
Cons - you need to cycle through the light options each time to find your preferred setting - but that is no problem - the instructions could be a little bit more detailed in terms of the light programmes available. It is also a tiny bit noisy in a silent room - but if you've got some sound going on you will not notice it at all.

May I also commend Thomann for their excellent customer service in correcting an order mix up very swiftly and with upmost professionalism. Many thanks!

Surprisingly good effect

Considering the price this product throws out a lot of light making it ideal for small parties and mobile party dj's etc. Its small and light making it easy to transport and set up. I use two of these either side of my dj setup and the light fills the stage, Its also great for backlighting through scrims or podiums. The programmes are easy to set up and run and it even has DMX in and DMX out. The effect is similar to the old 70's mirror ball but with this you dont need any pinspots! Buying several of these can really give the wow effect at a much lower cost than some led effects and being light and small you can pack them away very quickly. I have four now and i am very pleased with them - purchased from Thomann of course!

Great while it lasted

I had one of these for about a year when it stopped working - but it's so light, effective and cheap, I just bought two more.
I pair two of these with two Mini Dekkers and that's plenty for every gig.
Very good coverage. And extremely light.
Update: the new ones are still going well after 3 years!
