The only virtual instrument purchase I regret making

Vir2 MOJO 2: Horn Section was purchased to fill in some instrument gaps in my library.

MOJO 2 filled the gaps but, for my use, these are like old metal amalgam tooth fillings compared to current composite fillings. These sounds really seem to stand out (and not necessarily in a good way).

After a couple of years, I much prefer the sounds from other libraries. To my ear, I would have better-off sticking with Logic's stock instruments combined with a few other 3rd-party libraries.
