I purchased an Audient audio interface with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
The device stopped working after just a few minutes of use. Initially everything seemed fine, but then the outputs suddenly stopped working.
What made the situation worse was the customer support. Instead of addressing the issue properly, I was repeatedly asked to go through the same basic troubleshooting steps over and over again. This felt frustrating and unhelpful, especially since I had already explained that I had tested all of that.
I understand that basic troubleshooting is part of the process, but repeating the same suggestions without moving forward did not resolve anything and only added to the frustration.
In my case, the reliability and support experience have been very poor. I have not had this kind of issue with other audio interfaces before. Regardless of whether it was a more expensive unit like RME or even the cheapest Behringer interfaces, all of them performed more reliably than this.
