Solid and reliable

I love this stand, perfect for my Tele. I didn't notice any discoloration on the instrument. Plus, it comes with replacements for the green rings - wonderful!

This stand is solid, and I'm confident with the stability of it. The hooks are well padded, and the guitar rests against a rubber stopper at the back. The stand locks open, and the guitar is always at hand.

I believe it is worth the price over some of the cheaper options, and have no regrets in going for this one.

Like it, but...

Perfect stability , perfect material quality, very lightweight.

The only downside for me is that it's a stand for a guitar without its gigbag. It is tight on the corners, so probably most gigbags wont fit, or they will fit, with the risk of being damaged/ripped off.

Also, a strat-style guitar(don't know anything about other guitars' fitting), won't fit while the cable is connected, again, the corners fit the guitar so nicely, that ban everything else :P ,

So as it seems you can't use it while on stage(you have to unplug the guitar) and you can't use it with a gigbag(at least with my gigbags)

That's the reason for 3/5 stars

Nice and compact

This model is only for electrics, but Gravity has also acoustic and universal stands. This one is the most compact, of course.
Has 3 positions (wide, narrow and closed).
Angle is pretty small, so stand can be moved closer to your wall, for example.
Stable and solid.
Price is good.
Comes with additional black rubber rings to replace green ones. Gravity stands and accessories have this replacable "G-rings" feature, at first I thought it's only a gimmick, but honestly, it makes sence for some people: when you have a few similar guitars in band or on stage with bad lighting (as well as same guitars with different tunings), have some microphone stands for main/supporting vocals etc - it is easier to have colored stands to easily determine where is what :)
