I’m using it on a MIJ fender strat and it completely changed the guitar for the better. Best saddles I've come across so far, recessed screws are the main feature for sure, it feels a lot more comfortable and also sustain was improved a lot. highly recommended, top quality part.

Das Set habe ich erstmals an einer Smitty Custom E-Gitarre in Holland gesehen und musste gleich sagen, genau das brauche ich für meine Custom Strat aus dem Hause Coop aus Chatanooga.

Das Ausmessen zur Ermittlung des richtigen Sets muss mit einer Schiebelehre gemacht werden, nach Anleitung auf der Highwood-Seite. Somit findet sich das passende Teil schnell. Die Montage ist selbsterklärend und fix gemacht, Resultat, absolut super Spielgefühl. Die Dinger sind nicht billig, aber es lohnt sich meines Erachtens. Ageing ist dezent und kann bzw. muss bei Bedarf noch verstärkt werden, was ich aber sein lassen habe. Schlussfrage stellt sich für mich "Warum ist nicht schon früher einer (ich z.B.) auf diese Idee gekommen?"

Kaufempfehlung für alle Strats mit Vintage Sätteln und deutlich hervorstehenden Einstellschrauben, die Spielhand lässt schön Danke sagen.
