Amazing sound - built with care

Honestly this pedal surpassed all my expectations. The tones you can get out of it are great, the functionality of the knobs is what you'd expect, it has the mix knob like any good bass pedal should. The left footswitch is a gain boost which can be useful on some contexts. The click-less footswitches can feel weird at first, but you should get used to it fast.

Only tiny drawback is that the DC in is on the left right above the output which can be a bit awkward depending on your setup

By ordering this cool pedal you also get a nice cool surprise in the packaging which I won't spoil :D

The best rat for bass

If you're looking for a rat sound that will keep your bass sounding good in the mix, this is the pedal for you. The distortion tone is fantastic, the mix knob allows you to keep in some clean low end and the second gain foot switch adds more distortion without raising the volume so much that you become too loud in the mix.

Zunächst erstmal ein Dankeschön an die Thomänner für die schnelle Lieferung!
Ja, zum Jam Pedals Rattler Bass MKII Distortion gibt es meines Erachtens volle Punktzahl in allem Bereichen für einen Basszerrer in diesem Preissegment. Das Pedal lässt sich für sämtliche Rockgenre ohne Zweifel verwenden. Das basscharakteristische Frequenzspektrum bleibt wunderbar erhalten und lässt den Bass im Gesamtmix viel besser hörbar werden .Ich persönlich nutze das Teil in Kombination mit dem Boss HM-2w Heavey Metal Distortion und erzeuge genau den dreckigen Basssound
, nachdem ich schon lange gesucht hatte. Mir war es wichtig einen füllenden warmen Sound zu haben, der gleichzeitig in den höheren Mittenlagen den Bass transparent im Mix durchscheinen lässt.
Fazit: Mit Freuden werde ich das Jam Pedale Rattler weiter verwenden und würde es wieder kaufen.
