Amazing strings

La Bellas are a beautiful smooth and warm rounded sound. Your Freddie greens will sit nicely in the mix and your solos will spike out with the right attack.

4 stars for quality because a few times I seem to have gotten defective D strings where they seemed unevenly manufactured creating irregular intonation.

Grandes cuerdas tanto para jazz como fretless

Entregan un sonido dulce y cremoso con el toque "nasal" típico de este tipo de cuerdas y, algo que es de agradecer ya que no son cuerdas económicas, son de muy larga duración. Otro detalle que las diferencia es la fina calidad de su entorchado, apreciable desde la tercera cuerda.
En mi caso las he instalado en una guitarra de jazz, obteniendo las características descritas al principio, y en una fretless de luthier, obteniendo la rigidez necesaria para poder tocar en ese tipo de mástiles sin tener la necesidad de instalar un diapasón de un material mas rígido que la propia madera (aluminio, crista,cobre...), lo que ahorra un dineral a largo plazo.

Got these La Bellas for my Epiphone Lap Steele beacause the factory fitted strings sounded and felt thin and cheap. I e-mailed Epiphone and asked what to restring with. They answered like; go as fat as you dare. The lap steel will take it.So...enter; La Bella!

Man, they sound rich, round and fatty warm and really sings. And the fact that they are flats and not rounds... Smoothness!
When adding overdrive/grit and such...!!!
A nobrainer for lap steel guitars.

Après de longues années d?utilisation des cordes d?Addario, j'ai changé pour Thomastik Jazz Swing et plus tard pour le modèle George Benson que j'ai trouvé meilleur que les cordes D'Addario. Postérieurement, j'ai découvert La Bella 20PH Jazz Flats. Après d?une période d?essai, j?ai décidé de les adopter en tant que jeu de cordes principal pour ma Guild X-500.
La Bella sont des cordes qui ont ce son rond et mat, ainsi comme un touché très agréable : les cordes conservent leur son pendant plusieurs mois, même avec un usage intensif.
Une autre chose que j?ai appréciée concerne le tirant des trois premières cordes : 015 - 019 - 025w. J?ai toujours aimé un tirant fort et je trouve ici un jeu qui correspond à mon goût.
Pour ceux qui ne les connaissent pas, c?est intéressant de les essayer au moins une fois pour savoir si leur son s?approche plus à votre son souhaité.
