Great value speakers!

Have been using this speaker as well as the previous model in over 5 different locations. Bar, class rooms, Seminar hall. They are real work horses, very sturdy built and have very decent sound. Combined with the LD Sub88 they do an amazing job in a bar. Would not use them for classic music, but otherwise very satisfying and high output volume. Otherwise I used them for voice, which they do a great job as well. Some of them are over 8 years in daily use and still running. Havnt found another installation speaker with that quality for that amount of money. Only tiny con is the look of the included mounting-gear, it makes the speaker look a bit more bulky. For sure a high recommendation!

Great speaker - Poor Bracket

These speakers are great. The 16Ohm impedance allows many connecting options and the sound is impressive. The Cabinet is heavy but robust and I'm impressed with the bass response.

The Problem I have found is in the wall mounting system. For such a heavy box, you'd need a decent wall-mount solution.

Compared to others, it's laborious to assemble and once up, can twist over time with such a heavy cabinet. I did tighten it further on one occasion and stripped the threads on the poorly made nut/bolt which was a massive problem.

Bottom line - Super speakers (if not a tad heavy) but a poor wall-mounting solution.

Not good sound but great support base

Pros:

- Versatile placement options (e.g., pole mount, wall bracket, etc.)
- Compact and "lightweight" design

Cons:

- Disappointing sound quality, particularly in the low frequencies
- Inconsistent performance with different amplifiers
- Significant drop in sound below 97Hz

Despite the 16-ohm impedance, the speakers struggle to deliver balanced and powerful audio, especially in the bass range. If you're seeking speakers with full band response and consistent sound quality, I recommend exploring other options. If you have a Subwoofer then go for it.
